My Story
I am a spiritual embodiment coach.
I help individuals to reconnect with their inner self and intuition so that they can lead from within.
I'm Puja Roy. I come from Bengal, East India — a land that honours the Divine Mother and carries deep roots in spiritual and creative culture.
I am an intuitive artist and spiritual coach, passionate about creating safe spaces for radical self-acceptance and authentic self-expression. Because I believe the inner world is never separate from how we show up in our work, our relationships, and our life.
My story began in a conventional way.
Like many of us, everything that wasn’t academic or career-oriented took a backseat. I graduated from one of India’s finest institutions, IIMA with an MBA and built a successful corporate career in management. I did everything I was “supposed” to do.
To my astonishment, something didn’t land in my feelings or body.
Even though my life looked successful on the outside, I craved something deeper.
For truth, meaning, and inner freedom.
During the lockdown, life finally slowed down enough for me to truly listen.
And what I found beneath the noise was uncomfortable: sadness, anxiety, performance pressure, and a constant underlying emptiness. My body began to express what my mind refused to acknowledge — through chronic pain, bruxism, fibromyalgia, dissociation, and severe menstrual issues.
I was stepping into leadership externally… but internally, I felt like I was living as a slave to expectations.
I realised I had built a life around being someone I was not.
The transformation wasn’t immediate, but it was intentional.
I moved closer to nature and spent time in Goa, retreating inward and reconnecting with my creativity. I travelled to Auroville, where I began studying the teachings of Sri Aurobindo — and something shifted completely.
I realised that my true nature was not my thoughts, my roles, or my ego…
It was consciousness itself.
That was the beginning of my initiation.
I travelled to the Himalayas and devoted myself to the study of Indian yogic science, meditation, and embodied practices. I practiced Vipassana, visited pilgrimage sites, and spent time in the presence of yogis and sages. I sat in women’s circles — crying, laughing, sharing grief, dreams, and truth — and experienced the healing power of community, ritual, and deep inner work.
And through that journey, I found my calling.
A mission to help others return to their inner self, to reconnect with their essence, their intuition, and to lead from wholeness, not performance.

"I help you reconnect with yourself. This makes you lead from within."
